We are currently house hunting, and have actually put an offer on this house!It is a short sale, but really should be called Looooooooooong Sale. They accepted our offer almost a month and a half ago, pending on the seller's bank approval. We are still looking at other houses, but haven't found a better one. This one has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, nice hard wood floors, and is in a wonderful location!
So PRAY that we will hear good news soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
